Pricing alerts

The exact rules currently enforced by the pricing-alerts function. These are the only alert families sent to the TK Pricing Discord channel.

System Check

Operational problems that need a pricing fix.

Fix required

Autopricer off

Fires when every tracked listing for the event has autopricer disabled. The condition must remain present for 1 hour before it appears or sends.

Partially off

Fires when some listings have autopricer off while others remain on. It uses the same 1-hour grace period.

Fix did not stick

Fires when autopricer is still off 1 to 48 hours after a recorded fix. A successful fix gets a 24-hour quiet period while autopricer remains on.

Broker Sweep

Surfaces repeat broker demand or a concentrated buying cluster.

Sustained demand

Fires when brokers account for at least 4 orders, at least 8 tickets, and 50% or more of all seven-day orders.

Rapid sweep

Also fires when at least 2 broker orders buy 4 or more tickets inside 30 minutes, even if the seven-day rule is not yet met.

Evidence shown

Discord includes each broker order, marketplace, order time, position left, exposure, cost, market, and margin.

Fan Sweep

Surfaces historically exceptional consumer demand across non-broker exchanges.

Graduated windows

Fires at 4 orders / 8 tickets in 30 minutes, 5 / 10 in 1 hour, 6 / 12 in 2 hours, or 8 / 16 in 6 hours.

Consumer demand only

Combines valid invoices across consumer exchanges. Broker marketplaces, TicketEvolution, Offline, cancellations, rejections, and fulfillment failures are excluded.

Evidence shown

Discord includes every qualifying invoice with exchange, quantity, sale time, and spacing, followed by position, exposure, cost, market, and margin.

Delivery rules

How the function avoids noise and confirms delivery.

Priority

System remains the primary operational action. Broker Sweep and Fan Sweep retain independent delivery protection.

Dedupe

Event + alert family + rule sends once while unchanged.

Confirmation

Marked sent only after Discord returns a successful response.

Retry

Failed delivery claims become eligible to retry after 10 minutes.
